1. Introduction
Welcome to Mind Wave Learning Disability Centre. By accessing our services, enrolling in programs, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered
Mind Wave Learning Disability Centre provides support services for children and individuals with learning disabilities and developmental needs, including but not limited to:
- Special education and remedial education
- Speech and language therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Sensory integration therapy
- Behavior modification programs
- Handwriting improvement programs
- School readiness programs
- ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training
- Yoga therapy
- Counselling for learning, behavioural, and relationship issues
- Wellness programs
- Rapid reading support
- Dorn therapy
- Acupressure therapy
3. Appointments and Enrolment
- All sessions are subject to prior appointment and availability.
- Parents or guardians must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Any changes in medical, educational, or developmental history must be informed promptly.
- The centre reserves the right to accept or refuse enrolment based on service suitability.
4. Payment Terms
- Fees for assessments, therapies, counselling, and programs must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
- Advance payments may be required before commencement of services.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.
- Missed sessions without prior notice may still be chargeable.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled with prior notice.
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur charges.
- The centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies, staff unavailability, or unavoidable circumstances.
6. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
- Parents or guardians are expected to cooperate with therapists, educators, and staff.
- Children should attend sessions regularly for better progress.
- Home-based exercises, activities, and recommendations should be followed consistently.
- Parents must ensure the child’s safety before and after sessions.
7. Behaviour and Conduct
- Respectful behaviour is expected from all parents, guardians, children, and visitors.
- Any abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct may result in suspension or termination of services.
- The centre maintains a safe and supportive environment for all children.
8. Limitation of Results
- Progress may vary from child to child depending on individual needs, participation, and consistency.
- Mind Wave Learning Disability Centre does not guarantee specific academic, behavioural, or therapeutic outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
- All materials, worksheets, therapy plans, reports, and content provided by the centre are for personal use only.
- Reproduction, sharing, or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
Mind Wave Learning Disability Centre reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
